The role As an account manager, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day activities, from running status meetings to developing timelines or statements of work.
Whether you choose to work remotely, or from our offices in Chicago or Princeton, you will work closely with our internal teams, clients and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Key responsibilities Building positive relationships with clients, developing an in-depth understanding of their needs, and offering objective-driven recommendations to support their brand Determining the best way to deliver a wide variety of projects including publications, meetings and scientific communications Maintaining timely and clear communication throughout each project to keep AMICULUM and client teams up to date Confidently managing finances and timelines, tracking individual projects using in-house and client-based systems Demonstrating effective and efficient teamwork What you'll need Experience working in a healthcare communications agency in an account management role A good academic background, with a relevant degree level qualification or equivalent Confident and professional verbal communication skills, including exemplary written English Strong commercial acumen and exceptional attention to detail The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work to deadlines Why AMICULUM?
